摘要
目的了解病人对护理人员心理品质的要求。方法自制调查问卷对住院病人进行护理人员心理品质要求调查分析。结果病人对护理人员的正性要求是工作认真负责 ,技术水平高 ,性格活泼开朗、外向 ,重视外表 ;最担心护理人员操作不认真 ,最讨厌态度恶劣的护理人员 ,最瞧不起待人恶劣、不爱岗敬业的护理人员 ,最忌讳当面训斥病人 ,最恨不负责任的护理人员。结论护理人员要加强自身道德修养 ,塑造良好的性格 ,全面提升自身素质以适应社会需求。
Objective To know the demands for the nursing staff’s psychological intrinsic character from the patients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the demands for the nursing staff’s psychological intrinsic character from the inpatients. Results The patients demanded that the nurses should work seriously, have great skill in nursing care and vivid character; The patients were most worried about the careless manipulation of the nurses, disliked those with bad attitude, misprized those not working hard, abstained from criticizing the patients face-to-face and hated those not responsible for nursing care. Conclusion Nursing staff should strengthen the moral culture, create good character and comprehensively upgrade quality to adapt to social demands.
