摘要
目的 :为葛根复方 (葛根 ,川芎 ,山楂 ,槐花米 ,麦冬、甘草等 )研究半仿生提取工艺。方法 :以葛根黄酮得率为指标 ,在粒度、提取次数、提取工艺、浸渍剂浓度等条件相同时 ,考虑乙醇溶液 pH值、提取时间、提取温度、配伍比例 ,选用L16(45)正交进行实验 ,确定最佳提取工艺。结果 :第 1煎提取液 pH为 7,第 2煎提取液pH为 11,提取温度为85℃ ,提取时间为 4h ,配伍比例为 4∶3∶3∶2∶2∶2 (葛根 :川芎 :山楂 :槐花米 :麦冬 :甘草 )。结论 :用正交实验优选半仿生提取工艺 ,是可行的。
AIM: To optimize the semi bionic extraction of Pueraria Compound (Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Chuangxiong Fructus Crataegi, Flos Sophorae, Radix Ophiopogahis, Radix Glycyrrhiaze, etc.) METHODS: Under the unchanged conditions including granularity, extracting frequency, extracting course and concentration of solvent, It was considered the yield rate of isoflavonoids of Radix Puesariae, applying the L 16 (4 5) of orthogonal design involving pH, extraction temperature, extraction time and the ration of compound. RESULTS: The first extraction pH was 7. The second extraction pH was 12. The extraction temperature was 85℃ . The extraction time was 4 hours. The ration of compound was 4∶3∶3∶2∶2∶2 (Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong Fructus Crataegi Flos, Sophorae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Glycyrrhizae). CONCLUSION: Optimization of semi bionic extraction methods of Pueraria Compound by orthogonal design is available.
