摘要
考试改革是新一轮基础教育课程评价改革的重要组成部分,已成为人们关注的焦点。基础教育考试改革的方向应包括六个方面:突出考试的诊断性和发展性功能;考试的内容要以课程标准为依据,体现新的人才观和教育观;改进考试的方式,倡导灵活多样、多次机会、双向选择的原则;考试要考虑学生的年龄特点和个别差异;注重考试结果的运用,进行积极的评价反馈;改革毕业考试、升学考试和招生制度,将升学考试成绩与平时评价结果有机结合起来。
This paper contends that the orientation of reforms for basic education examinations should be as follows; (1) Stress should be placed on the diagnostic and developmental function of examinations;(2) Examination content should be curriculum-based and should reflect new educational perspectives and a new approach to defining talented students; (3) Methods for improving examinations should be based on the principles of promoting flexibility, multiple opportunity and bi-directional selection; (4) Examinations should take into account age profiles and individual differences among examinees; (5) Importance must be attached to the use of testing results through the implementation of positive feedback and evaluation; (6) The reform of graduation exams, entrance exams and the student enrollment system should effectively combine the evaluation of both routine examinations and entrance examination results.
