摘要
课程领导作为一种新的管理理念,意在突破传统课程管理的局限,强调合作与交流、民主与开放,与校本课程的理念基本一致。通过观念与实践两个层面的革新,为课程领导创设运行机制,促进校本课程乃至整个课程体系的发展。
As a new idea of management, the curriculum leadership aims to break through the limitation of traditional management. It emphasizes cooperation and communication as well as democracy and openness, which is consistent with the idea of the school-based curriculum. The innovation of the ideas and practice helps to create the working system for curriculum leadership and promote the development of the school-based curriculum and the whole curriculum system as well.
