摘要
汉字应用水平指的是人在以汉字为媒介的阅读、书面表达等活动中 ,掌握和使用汉字的正确程度和准确程度。“正确”指是否符合国家颁布的有关汉字的现行规范和标准 ;“准确”指是否与规范程度高、权威性强的工具书相一致。《汉字应用水平等级标准》从人能够掌握和使用的汉字字种数量、掌握和使用的程度、在阅读和书面表达中的典型表现、能够承担的工作类型以及与汉字应用水平测试的关系等方面 ,根据实际调查和研究 ,对等级标准进行了界定和描述。
The Chinese Characters Proficiency refers to the concreteness and correctedness of individual ability to read, write and communicate in daily life in Chinese. Correctedness means the criteria and standards the government sets for standard Chinese characters. Concreteness refers to the criteria set by the normalized, authorized dictionaries in Chinese characters. Chinese Characters Proficiency Rating Scale described the definitions and standards for quantity and types of Chinese characters in reading, writing, its relationships between quantity of Chinese characters and work qualified to complete with such capacity based on empirical study.
