摘要
中文应用能力指的是人在获取或传递信息、表情达意等言语交际活动中,使用汉语、汉字所具有的能力及所达到的水平。中文应用能力测评则是通过建立一整套科学化的测量工具和运行机制,尽量客观地描述中文使用者和中文学习者的这种水平。测评框架应当包括聆听、口语表达、阅读、书面表达等范畴,这些范畴各自对应一项分测验,这几项分测验应当既可以独立运行,也可以根据需要整合成综合性测验。
The Chinese communicative language ability is meant by individual language users＇ ability of using Chinese for communicative purposes. The assessment of such ability should cover the following parts ： a） listening comprehension; b） speaking; c） reading comprehension; and d） writing. These parts are both independent and interrelated.
