全血法和分离淋巴细胞法对犬淋巴细胞转化对比试验 被引量:6

摘要 通过犬全血法和分离淋巴细胞法进行淋巴细胞转化对比试验 ,试验以培养 96h,Con A浓度为 2 0 μg/m L,L PS浓度为 2 5 μg/m L ,在培养结束前 18h加入 1.0μci的 3 H-胸腺嘧啶核苷测定淋转率。试验结果表明 ,两种方法差异不显著 ,但全血法更优于分离淋巴细胞法 ,且操作简便 。 Canine whole blood lymphocyte proliferation assay (LPA) was compared with separation lymphocyte cell LPA, the optimum condition of canine LPA were culture 96 hours, concanavalin A (ConA) 20 μg/mL,lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 25 μg/mL and^3H-TdR 1.0 μci/well added in the last eighteen hours of culture before harvesting. Whole blood LPA was more simple and quick.
