摘要
声纹鉴定技术在刑事案件侦查中的应用是传统侦查手段与现代信息技术的紧密结合,是科技创新促进刑侦工作发展的具体体现之一,是信息导侦的有效途径之一。充分发挥声纹鉴定技术在刑案侦查中的作用将提高相关案件的破案效率,发掘新的破案资源,也必将推动、促进刑侦信息化进程。目前,声纹鉴定提供破案线索、审查证据的功能尚未得到推广与普及。
The application of voiceprint technology on criminal detection is the conjunct of conventional detection methods and current information technology. It is material fact and approach of science improving the detection work and information cracking a criminal case. If we adequately exert the function of voiceprint technology, it would increase the ratio of cracking criminal cases and find out new resource to facilitate the process of information detection. Nowadays, the application of voiceprint technology on criminal detection is not ubiquitous and comprehensive.
