在刑事诉讼中,证据起着非常重要的作用,而其中犯罪嫌疑人和被告人的口供是判定犯罪嫌疑人罪与非罪的重要证据。本文主要阐述口供的收集、审查和适用,以期提高破案效率。
Evidence plays an important role in criminal lawsuit, in which a statement made by the accused under examination of criminal suspicion and the accused is a vital evidence indeed. This paper expounds mainly how to collect the statements and how to examine and how to recognize it be suitable, so we can raise working efficiency in cases.
