摘要
自从抗癌药顺铂(cis-Pt(NH<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>Cl<sub>2</sub>)被发现和应用以来,已合成了多种类似物。为了弄清这类药物的作用机理,有不少文献研究其活性组分cis-Pt(NH<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>(H<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>2</sub><sup>2+</sup>与核苷、核酸的反应。已经知道氨基酸能携带含铂组分通过细胞膜。
Reactions of Pt (MeNH_2)_2(H_2O)_2^(2+) with glycine,L-methionine, N-methyliminodiacetie acid and thiodiacetic acid were studied by pH potentiometry and ~13C NMR spectroscopy.The complex formation constants (logK) were 8.55, 8.64,8.05 and 3.68, respectively, as determined by pH titration at 37℃. The possible structures of the formed complexes were briefly discussed.
