为了提高德育工作的实效性,职业学院应拓展德育工作新思维,全面提升学生的综合素质,以更好适应市场经济对人才的需求。
Vocational schools should pioneer new thinking in moral education to enhance the actual effects,such as;frustration education,team spirit education,ordi-nary labor education,psychological health education.Therefore,the students'overall qual-ity can be uplifted in an all-around way and better adapted to the demand by market economy.
