摘要
顾客满意作为现代企业的一种手段 ,越来越受到不同国家不同企业的重视。根据前期市场调查得到的原始数据 ,通过频数分析、对应分析、主成份分析、最优尺度回归分析等定量研究方法 ,分析了顾客对吸油烟机产品总体满意度、各项指标满意度以及两者之间的关系 ,并提出相应的有利于企业改善经营的结论和建议。
As a method of modern enterprise, Customer Satisfaction attracts the wide attention in different countries and different enterprises. This paper aims at analyzing the soot absorber Customer Satisfaction. According to the survey,this paper has analyzed the overall satisfactory degree, every index satisfactory degree of soot absorber as well as the relation between them by frequency and cross table analysis, corresponding analysis, main composition analysis and optimal scaling regression analysis, and put forward the corresponding conclusions and suggestions that are helpful for enterprises to improve their operation.
