摘要
本文对我区双语教育发展中的制约因素进行分析 ,指出存在问题的原因 ,并提出了市场经济条件下如何发展双语教育 ,为民族文化的保留、发展和民族的现代化服务的建议。
This article analysis the restriction factor in the develop of Inner Mongolia Municipality bilingual education,pointed out the existing problem, and proposed under the market economy condition how the bilingual education could develop, protect and development the national culture.
