摘要
微格教学是一种培训教师教学技能的教学方法,它为少数民族双语教师教学技能培训创造了新的有利条件。本文主要依据微格教学的特点及其教学理论和学习理论基础,探讨在少数民族双语教师培训中应用微格教学的模式。
Mieroteaehing is a method to training the ability of teaching technology. The article mainly bases on the teaching characteristic and theory to discuss the application of microteaching to ethnic bilingual teacher training.
