摘要
大学生骨干是大学生群体中的优秀代表 ,是党和国家社会主义事业的可靠接班人。良好的成就动机对大学生骨干的成长与发展起着重要的作用 ,对他们进行正确的引导是高校教育管理工作者义不容辞的职责。本文结合工作实践 ,对大学生骨干形成良好成就动机的重要性、大学生骨干成就动机的类型、大学生骨干良好成就动机形成的影响因素以及正确指导大学生骨干形成良好的成就动机等进行了的探讨。
