摘要
本文采用干湿交替、快速沸煮、外掺石膏等三种实验方法,通过逐次因素叠加法试验方案设计,对亚钠型防冻剂中的常见组分对水泥砂浆抗SO42-侵蚀性影响进行综合评价;系统地分析了配合比、水泥品种、侵蚀条件等因素对SO42-侵蚀性的影响。借助XRD、MIP测试手段,探讨了负温防冻剂混凝土抗SO42-侵蚀破坏特性。
General evaluations are made of the influence of the common ingredients in NaNO_2 anti-freezing agent upon the cement mortar's resistance against SO_4^(2-) by means of the experimental approaches of dry-wet cycling, rapid boiling and addition of gypsum and the testing procedures of sequential factor superposition. The influence of such factors as mix proportion of cement mortar, type of cement used and corrosive conditions upon the aggressiveness of SO_4^(2-)is systematically analyzed. With the help of XRD and MIP,the anti-Corrosion performance of negative temperature concrete added with anti-freezing agent, against the damage by SO_4^(2-)is also discussed.
