界面区结构对水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 使用测长法和X射线衍射定量法,从二方面研究了界面区结构对水泥砂浆试样抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。一是将砂浆试样按不同的集料含量进行成型,研究界面区含量对试样抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响;二是使用具有水硬性表面层和惰性内核复合结构的深加工处理石英集料以改进砂浆试样中界面区结构,研究界面区结构对试样抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:水泥浆体与集料之间的界面过渡区是硫酸盐侵蚀的薄弱区域;砂浆试样中界面区含量愈多,试样的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能愈差。使用深加工处理石英集料可以大幅度地提高水泥砂浆试样的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。 With methods of length measurement and quantitative X-ray diffraction analysis, the influences of structure of interfacial zone on the resistance of mortar to sulfate attack were studied from two aspects. One is the influence of content of interfacial zone. The mortar samples were made according to a series of aggregate content(Φa). The other is the influence of structure of interfacial zone. Pretreated quartz sand composed of hydraulic surface layer and inert core was used to improve the interfacial zone. The study shows that the interfacial zone between aggregate and bulk paste was a weak part to sulfate attack. The more the content of interfacial zone, the weaker the resistance of mortar to sulfate attack. The sulfate resistance of mortar was substantially raised when pretreated quartz sand was used as aggregate.
