摘要
在室温下 ,测量了Er:Tm :NaY(WO4 ) 2 晶体的吸收光谱、激发光谱、发射光谱以及上转换发光 ,并运用J O理论对测量的结果进行了计算 ,得出了Er:Tm :NaY(WO4 ) 2 晶体的强度参数 .报道了Tm ,Er离子间特殊的能量传递和相关上转换 ,解释了离子间的能级跃迁过程 .同时 。
Absorption spectra, emission spectra, excitation spectra, and upconversion luminescence of Er 3+, Tm 3+ co-doped NaY(WO 4) 2 crystal were measured at room temperature. Intensity parameters are calculated from absorption spectra in terms of Judd-Offelt theory. Transition processes of the energy levels of Er 3+ and Tm 3+ were analyzed in details and the cross relaxations: 1G 4(Tm 3+)+ 4I 15/2(Er 3+)→ 3F 4(Tm 3+) + 4F 9/2(Er 3+) , 1G 4(Tm 3+)+ 4I 15/2(Er 3+)→ 3H 5(Tm 3+)+ 4I 9/2(Er 3+), 3F 4(Tm 3+)+ 4I 9/2(Er 3+)→ 3H 6(Tm 3+)+ 4S 3/2 or 2H 11/2(Er 3+) and 4F 9/2(Er 3+)+ 3H 6(Tm 3+)→ 4I 15/2(Er 3+)+ 3F 3(Tm 3+) were put forward. Sufficient proofs have been found to illustrate the use of Er 3+ as a sensitizer which is effective for the Tm 3+-doped crystal.
