摘要
制备了上转换发光显示器中发蓝光的上转换发光材料KY_3F_(10):Tm,Yb.测试了该材料的XRD衍射图谱.给出了该材料在980 nm激光激发下的发光光谱.分析了该材料的上转换发光机理,得到480 nm峰值发光是由Tm^(3+)的~1G_4→~3H_6跃迁产生的.KY_3F_(10):Tm,Yb具有较强的上转换蓝光,同时存在的较弱的红光易于用滤色膜滤除,满足显示对三基色中蓝色的要求.该材料是上转换发光显示所需的一种较好的蓝光材料.
The upconversion blue luminescent material for optically written display, KY3F10:Tm, Yb was prepared. The structure of the sample was characterized by XRD. Its up conversion luminescent spectrum excited by a 980 nm laser diode was studied. The prepared KY3F,0 :Tm,Yb shows intense blue (480 nm) emissions, originated from the 1^G_4-aH_6transitions of Tm_3+. Since the blue peak is much stronger than the red peak and the red light is easily filtrated by color filters. The red light will have no effect on the display, therefore the prepared KY_3 F_10 :Tin, Yb is good candidate of blue luminescent material for optically written display based on up conversion of near infrared light.
