摘要
本文阐明了健康保险精算在商业健康保险业务发展和社会医疗保险制度建立过程中的重要作用 ,分析了中国健康保险精算的现状及其存在的主要问题 ,通过与发达国家的对比 ,提出了加快中国健康保险精算事业发展的对策和建议。
The article discusses the important role of health insurance actuarial in the development of commercial health insurance business and the establishment of social medical insurance system. It analyzes the status quo and points out the problems of health insurance actuarial. In the end, it compares with developed countries and puts forward some suggestions.
