摘要
目的 探讨噻氯匹啶在体外对 EDTA依赖性血小板聚集的抑制作用。方法 采用 COULTERSTKS血细胞分析仪分析噻氯匹啶在体外对 EDTA聚集者血小板计数的影响。结果 加入噻氯匹啶后在2 h内其血小板计数与 EDTA抗凝时测的结果有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而与手工计数无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,同时 MPV测定也无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 噻氯匹啶是一种较强的抗血小板活化药物 ,对EDTA依赖性血小板聚集有很好的抑制作用 ,适用于临床血小板的测定。
Objective To study the action of ticlopidine in inhibiting EDTA-dependent platelet aggregation in vitro.Methods Blood samples of EDTA-clumper with a serial concentration of ticlopidine added were submitted to platelet count on COULTER STKS.Results In 2 hours platelet count of blood added the drug was markedly different with only EDTA anticoagulant (P<0.01),but it was correlative in comparison with the manual count (P>0.05);in addition,ticlopidine did not influence platelet MPV(P>0.05).Conclusion Ticlopidine can prevent EDTA-dependent platelet aggregation,it is very suitable for platelet count of EDTA-clumper in clinical laboratories.
