摘要
在小型试验基础上,采用100L/h废水处理装置以连续稳定的化学氧化 絮凝沉降法进行矿坑废水处理扩大试验,结果表明,扩大试验的处理结果和操作条件与小型试验的基本相符。在Ca(ClO)2加入量为225~450mg/L、CaO加入量为400~500mg/L、氧化时间10min、絮凝剂PAM加入量为0.5mg/L条件下,重金属Pb、Zn、Cd和黄药去除率均在95%以上,出水悬浮物质量浓度小于10mg/L,水质达到了国家一级排放标准(GB8978—1996)。
Based on the results of laboratory scale experiments, pilot test has been carried out using 100 L/h water treatment equipment by chemical oxidation-flocculating setting method. The results show that results and operating conditions of pilot tests are correspond basically with that of laboratory scale experiments. When Ca(ClO)_2 of 225~450 mg/L,CaO of 400~500 mg/L, flocculating agent PAM of 0.5 mg/L are added to the waste water and oxidate time is 10 min, the removal of heavy metal same as Pb、Zn、Cd and xanthate is above 95%,suspended substance content in the effusive water is less than 10 mg/L and water quality is up to A grade of national standard GB8978—1996.
