摘要
采用逐步升温液相分解法制备了羰基铁粒子 ,并系统地研究了反应条件对产物的物相组成、微观结构以及颗粒度的影响 ,并对羰基铁粒子的物相及微观结构进行了表征。结果表明 ,Fe( CO) 5的浓度会影响产物的物相组成 ;
We prepared carbonyl iron particles by method of heating the solution of Fe(CO) 5/DFM stage by stage. The factors which influenced the phase constitution, microstructure and particle size were systematicly studied. The results show that the concentration of Fe(CO) 5 affects the phase constitution; the surfactant can prevent iron carbon producing and control the size of crystal grains.
