籼型杂交稻整精米率的作用因子及改良研究 被引量:8

Effective factors and improvement of head rice rate in Indica hybrid rice

摘要 利用31个杂交籼稻组合在同一地点三个季节的试验资料,分析了整精米率性状的遗传主效应、环境效应、基因与环境互作效应、农艺性状、经济性状、品质性状等19个因子。结果表明:①作用于杂交籼稻整精米率主因子是基因型与环境互作效应(59 89%),次因子是基因效应(34 57%),环境因子具有一定作用(5 54%);②整精米率的选择效果在很大程度上依赖于环境,选择宜针对特定的环境进行;③在不同环境条件下作用于杂交籼稻整精米率的相关因子不同,经济产量在各种环境条件下对整精米率具有极显著的正向作用,结实率、粒重、生育期、米粒宽、长宽比、糙米率、精米率、垩白度等因子在不同环境下对整精米率的作用方式和程度不同;④遗传育种中需要注意杂交籼稻整精米率在不同环境条件下相关因子的作用方向、程度,进而育成可以适应不同地区或某一生态区种植的高整精米率的新品种。 19 factors of head rice rate,including genetic main effects,environment effects,genotype × environment interactions,and relative agronomic,economical and quality traits and etc.were analyzed through a test location and 3 seasons trials with 31 Indica hybrid crosses.The results showed that:(i) the genotype×environment interaction(59.89%) was the primary factor,the genetic effects(34.57%) was the secondary factor affecting the head rice rate,and the environment had a certain effect(5.54%);(ii) because the selecting effect of the head rice rate relied on the environment at a great extent, the selection should be engaged in definite environment;(iii) effect of relative factors on the head rice rate was different in those testing environment,the economic yield had positively significant effect on the head rice rate in the all testing environments, but the seed setting rate,1000-grain weight,growth period,grain width,grain length/width, brown rice rate,total milling rate,chalkiness ratio had the different effect on it in the different testing environment;(IV) in genetic breeding,effect of the relative factors mode and degree on the head rice rate in the different environment should be noticed.
