高蛋白高产多抗杂交水稻新组合汕优联合2号的选育 被引量:5

摘要 利用不育系珍汕97A与自育抗病抗寒恢复系UNI2配组,育成高蛋白优质多抗杂交水稻新组合汕优联合2号。经1999~2000年贵州省杂交水稻区试鉴定,汕优联合2号平均产量8269 5kg/hm2,比对照增产7%。2001年在5个不同生态区进行生产试验,平均产量8838 0kg/hm2,比相应综合对照增产2 67%。结果表明,汕优联合2号比贵州省目前推广的优良组合增产,抗寒好、结实率比对照高3%。稻瘟病接种和自然鉴定结果表明,汕优联合2号1~3级,抗稻瘟病。米质理化测试指标和食味鉴评结果,米质优,有9项指标达部颁优质米标准二级以上,特别是蛋白质含量高,达12 2%。汕优联合2号于2002年2月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定,可在贵州省中低海拔地区推广。 Shanyou Union 2,a new hybrid rice cultivar with high protein content (12.2%),good quality,high yield and strong resistances to blast and coldness, was determined and released by Guizhou Crops Variety Examination Committee in February,2002.Its female parent was Zhenshan 97A and male parent was UNI2,a new R-Line with strong resistances to blast and coldness,developed by way of new selection from the cross of Duoxi 1/Qianhui 481.The yield of Shanyou Union 2 was 8269.5kg/ha,7% higher than that of the check Shanyou 63,a elite hybrid cultivar,in regional trials in Guizhou in 1999-2000 and 8838.0 kg/ha, 2.67% higher than that of the 5 elite-checks,namely,K-You 047,Jinyou 63,Shanyou 63,Gangyou 725 and Shanyou Duoxi 1 in demonstrative productions in 5 areas in Guizhou in 2001.Stronger cold resistance of Shanyou UNI2 led to 3% higher and more stable and higher rate of seed set than that of CK.Its resistances under the condition of inoculating blast and natural fields were stronger than that of CK and 9 rice characters tested by Rice Product Quality Testing Center,Ministry of Agriculture,were up to the lst or 2nd class standard of fine quality issued by Ministry of Agriculture of China,better than that of CK.The new combination is suitable for middle-low elevation regions in Guizhou.
