摘要
合成一种带有活性端基的聚乙二醇 ,并用核磁共振进行了表征 ,用IR和DSC研究了该聚乙二醇改性的团状模塑料专用不饱和聚酯的固化反应特征及固化动力学 .利用Kissinger方程和Crane方程求出了改性体系的固化动力学参数 .研究结果表明 ,含有反应性马来酸酐端基的聚乙二醇能参与不饱和聚酯的固化反应 ,使固化放热峰温降低 。
A reactive terminated polyethylene-glycol was synt he sized and studied by 1H-NMR. The curing behaviors and kinetics of polyethy lene-glycol-modified unsat urated polyester for Bulk Moulding Compound were investigated by using the techniques of IR and DSC. The curing kinetics parameters of the modified system were obtained by Kissinger equation and Crane equation. Research results indica te that polyethylene glycol containing reactive terminated maleic anhydride can participate in the curing reaction of unsaturated polyester, which makes the cur ing temperature decrease and accelerates the curing reaction process.
