摘要
迄今 ,上海已兴建了 5 0多家商品有机肥企业 ,年生产能力 30～ 4 0万t。由于企业的生产规模小、与传统施肥习惯的矛盾、商品有机肥的价格高、上海郊区农民对农业的投入低等原因 ,多数企业运转不良。有机肥企业应正确地宣传有机肥的功效、确定合理的投资回报率、注重提高生产技术水平、加强企业间的联合 ;政府应给予有机肥行业最优惠的政策扶持 ,以大力发展优质安全卫生农产品来带动有机肥市场。
Over 50 organic fertilizer factories were built in recent years in Shanghai, and their yearly productive capacity reached 300000～400000t. But most of them did not run well because of small scale of production, high price of organic fertilizer, Shanghai peasants' traditional fertilization way and low input in agriculture. In order to expand the market demand for organic fertilizer, the factories should publicize the efficacy of their products rightly, define a rational rate of returns on investment, improve production techniques and unite each other. Local governments should establish a preferential policy for organic fertilizer industry and develop actively agricultural products of quality, safety and health to promote prosperity of organic fertilizer market.
