摘要
公交运营调度是整个公交企业管理业务的核心。提高我国城市公交的运营调度水平,是改善城市公交服务质量、提高公交吸引力的重要途径。本文分别从公交乘客利益和公交企业利益角度分析了公交线路调度问题,建立了以企业效益满意程度最高、乘客等待抱怨程度最低、乘客拥挤抱怨程度最低为目标的公交车辆发车频率的多目标优化模型,兼顾了乘客和企业经营者双方利益。进一步结合南京市公交调查数据进行了优化计算,证明模型具有较强的实用性。
Bus dispatching is the key of public transport management. To enhance the level of public transport dispatching management is an important means of improving the service quality of urban public transport and attracting bus passengers. This paper analyzes urban bus dispatching in terms of service quality and efficiency and builds bus service frequency optimal model,with multitarget optimization model to passengers′ satisfaction as well as for the benefit of the bus corporation.The model is applied in bus route of Nanjing based on local bus service survey data and proved to be useful.
