摘要
本文论述了氧气转炉托圈的工作状态和负荷情况,从改善托圈受力状况、清除诸多导致托圈损坏的因素着手,在结构、材质及加工制造工艺等方面阐述了国内外延长氧气转炉托圈寿命的方法。
The paper analyses the working conditions and load distribution of the converter supporting ring.Measures of extending the ring life have been presented by improving the structrue.the material and the machining process to reduce the stress in the ring and eliminate the unfavorable conditions.
