摘要
本文研究了热锯切过程中生成毛刺的加工变质层理论、产生加工变质层的原因、影响加工变质层的因素,找出防止生成毛刺的方法。经现场使用考核表明,无毛刺锯片具有良好的去除或降低毛刺的功能。
Having studied the formation of the fin in hot sawing process, its causes and influences, a method on pie-venting the fin development has been found. The in-plant opertion showed that the saw designed from the study worked well in eliminating, and reducing fins.
