摘要
根据工厂的实际需要研究设计出新型薄壁型钢用冷切锯片。通过工厂试验研究了锯切过程中锯齿磨损、锯切断面毛刺高度和锯切功率的变化规律。在此基础上,综合考虑了锯齿的锋利性、抗冲击性能、耐磨性和切屑容积等因素,对试验锯片进行了反复改进。最终确定的狼牙齿形锯片具有良好的综合性能,能有效的抑制毛刺高度、降低锯切功率、延长使用寿命。特别适用于薄壁型钢的冷态锯切。这种锯片在抑制毛刺生成及延长寿命方面取得较好的效果。
A new type of cold saw blade for cutting thin-walled section steel has been designed based on the research about the problems occuring in the spot. Through the experimental research comparing the performances of the new blades with that of the original ones, the rules of wear and tear of teeth, the consumed power of the cutting, and the burr forming and its height variation have been got. According to these results, and synthetically considering the sharpness, strength and chip cubage of the tooth, iterative improvements on the tooth shape have been made. The blade with optimized tooth shape possesses longer lifespan and good performances in controlling the burr height, lowing the cutting power, and is suitable for cutting thin-walled section steel.
