摘要
凡是与人的社会性相关的领域,都是社会学研究的对象。因此,对高等学校管理中社会分层的普遍性、社会地位的作用、社会流动的加剧、组织变革的施行、权力行使的制约和权威压力的负效应等问题进行社会学分析,可以给高等学校的管理创新提供有益的参考。
Any field related to people as social beings is the subject of sociological study. Therefore, the sociological analysis of such issues as social stratification, effects of social status, intensified social mobility, implementation of organization reform, restraints on the exercitation of powers, and the negative effects of authority pressure, can be of referential help to the administrative innovation in universities.
