摘要
苏联解体的深层次原因是苏共政治合法性资源的枯竭与丧失,表现在经济发展、政治运行和文化建设等日益不能满足人民的要求,甚至与人民的需要产生激烈的矛盾;在吸取历史经验的基础上,中共中央提出“三个代表”重要思想,从政治合法性的绩效基础、意识形态基础、群众基础、法理型基础等方面探求新时期中国共产党长期执政的政治合法性。
The deep reason for the disintegration of the Soviet Union lies in the exhaustion resources of political legitimacy,it displays in the economic development,politics operate and cultural construction of the Soviet Union which can’t meet the demand of people day by day,which even produce the fierce contradiction with the people’s need;On the basis of drawing historical experience,the Central Committee of the CPC proposes the important thought of 'Three Represents’,which seeks the political legitimacy in power for a long time of the CPC of in new period in such respects as performance foundation,ideology foundation,mass foundation,legal principle type foundation.
