轧钢加热炉炉顶整体浇注

摘要 近年来,加热炉炉顶在推广不定型耐火材料整体浇注,它较预制件安装炉顶能提高炉顶寿命、炉子作业率、施工的机械化程度。本文介绍了159m^2步进底式加热炉整体浇注炉顶的施工全过程、烘炉及日常使用维修等内容.经8年来的生产实践表明总经济效益达67万元,油牦由建炉初期的50kg油/t材下降到全年平均40kg油/t材。 In recent years application of solid casting to the roof of rolling reheating furnace is increasing. The roof can raise life span and production rate of furnace and makes it passible to adopt more machines compared with prefabricated one. In this paper the roof construction of 159m2 step-by-step bottom-type reheating furnace using solid casting, drying of the furnace and routine maintenence are presented. In eight year operation an economic benefit of 0. 67 million yuan is gained and oil consumption is lowered from 50kg oil per ton of steel to average 40kg oil per ton of steel.
