摘要
对广钢连轧厂轧钢加热炉炉顶实施了用加长吊挂砖代替水冷隔墙的技术改造 ,经半年多的使用表明 ,改造获得较好效果 ,施工方便 ,大大缩短施工时间 ,炉子能耗从 1 .441GJ下降到 1 .2 40GJ .
Technical reform of putting the lengthened suspended brick to use instead of water_cooled division wall was carried out on heating furnace roof at Guanggang continuous rolling mill. Experience of half year practice has illustrated the reform being succeeful in good effect, like as construction time considerably diminished, construction work easy to proceed, and furnace fuel comsumption lowered from 1.44GJ to 1.24GJ.
