摘要
本文研究了RE(RE=DY、Eu、Sm、Tb)—HFA—TOPO—Triton X-100体系的激光诱导荧光光谱。拟定了时间分辨荧光光谱技术同时测定这四个稀土元素的分析方法,用于混合样品分析,获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, the laser induced time-resolved fluorescence of ternary complexes formed by RE(RE=Dy, Eu, Sm and Tb ) with HFA ( Hexaf luoroacetylacetone ) and TOPO ( Trioctylphosphine oxide ) is studied. The proposed method is used to determine simultaneously the four rare earth elements in their mixtures and satisfactory results are gained.
