摘要
本研究利用云南得天独厚的民族研究条件,采用点面结合,调研与实证研究相结合的方法,针对云南少数民族中小学生的心理健康状况及教育问题进行了一系列研究工作,结果发现:边疆少数民族中小学生的心理健康状况形势较为严峻;少数民族学生的心理健康水平不仅与内地及沿海学生有显著差异,也明显不及当地汉族学生;来自少、边、穷地区的民族学生,心理问题尤为严重。研究者认为:要维护少数民族学生的心理健康,就应重视贫困对他们心理健康的消极影响,多渠道"扶贫帮困",减少因经济压力过大造成的心理问题;把心理健康教育纳入民族学生素质教育的轨道;关注亲子教育,改善家庭因素;重视文化变迁对少数民族学生的影响等,并有针对性地从上述几个方面采取相应的措施。
A series of research work was carried out on mental health of Yunnan minority students by taking advantage of the rich minority resources of the province. The result was that the mental health of the minority students was poor in bordering areas; mental health of the minority students was poorer than that of inland and coastal students; mental health of the minority students who came from poor,remote and bordering areas was serious.In order to improve the mental health of minority students,researchers considered that effective measures must be taken to solve the poverty problem,education of mental health should be put into consideration,good relationship between parients and childen should be established and the influence of cultural transformation should be emphasized.
