从教师专业化视角作为切入点审视继续教育价值 ,实践并超越教师专业发展对继续教育的要求 ,切实把握三大着力点 :确立人本化培训理念 ,解读专业发展规律 ,开发实践反思模式 。
The value of teachers' continuing education should be explored from the angle of teachers' specialization. The continuing education should tally with and surpass the requirement of teachers' specialization. Three points need to be grasped to promote the development of the teachers' specialized field, ie, form the idea of “human based' training; analyze the law in the development of teachers' specialized field; develop modes of practice and reflection.
