摘要
电力系统全停或大面积停电后的黑启动策略的研究,是保证整个互联电网安全运行的重要课题。文中综述了黑启动的过程和恢复中存在的问题及相应的解决措施;指出建立自适应的黑启动决策支持系统是发展方向;建议在目前新兴的交直流互联电网中,将分布式发电与多代理方法应用到黑启动过程中。
The research on the strategy of black start after a total or region-wide blackout in interconnected power grids is of great significance. This paper reviews the process of black start, the problems encountered and some solutions. It is pointed out that the trend is to make adaptive strategies of black start. Distributed generation and multi-agent approaches are suggested to be possible options to solve problems in black start.
