摘要
本文主要从产业链的角度分析了我国工厂化农业的发展现状和存在的问题,指出了制约我国工厂化农业发展的因素。提出了基于产业链的工厂化农业发展模式,主要是由“技术推进”模式变为“推拉结合”模式,同时从政府的职能定位以及相互参股两个方面探讨了工厂化农业的激励创新问题。
This paper analyses the developing status and problems of factorial agriculture mainly from the view of industry-chain, points out restriction factors of factorial agriculture development. Development pattern of factorial agriculture is brought forward based on industry-value, which is mainly demand-pulled pattern instead of technology-pushed pattern. The paper simultaneously discusses the problems of promotion and innovation according to government functional orientation and holder-interactive.
