摘要
自1970年1月至1990年12月共收治晶体异物62例。磁性55例,非磁性7例。根据异物性质、伤口大小、晶体混浊程度、视力情况,讨论手术与否及手术方式.1.白内障联合异物摘出术。2单纯性晶体异物吸出术。3.白内障联合异物摘出及人工晶体植入术,3例非磁性异物未行手术。
Sixty two cases of the foreign bodies in the lenshave been treated from January 1970 to December 1990.55 cases were magnetic,while 7 cases non-magnetic.According to the nature of the foreign body, the sizeof the wound, the opacity of the lens and the conditionof vision,we discussed whether operation may be doneor not and how to do the operation. 1.Extraction of the cataract with the foreign body. 2.Extraction of the foreign body from the lens. 3.Extraction of the cataract with the foreign bodyand the implantation of intraocular lens. Operation did not made for 3 cases ofnon-magnetic foreign bodies.
