摘要
报告5例晶体内异物,全部用现代白内障囊外摘除技术取出。认为囊膜破裂的晶体内异物应尽早手术取出,不主张磁吸试验。现代囊外技术是摘除晶体内异物最好的方法,可以I期植入人工晶体。还讨论了现代囊外技术的应用。
Five cases of intralens foreigh body were reported.All the patients were treated with modern extracapsulartechnique.The author suggested that the patient withintralens foreign body with capsular tear be extracted asearly as possible and not advocate magnet test. Modernextracapsular technique was the best way for extractingthe foreign bodies in the lens. It made the primaryintraocular lens implantation possible. The usage ofmodern extracapsular technique was also discussed.
