摘要
沿海地区农业“信息跨越”战略,即加快推进农业信息化,发挥农业信息化和农业现代化叠加时期的叠加效应和倍增效果,带动农业现代化,发挥后发优势,实现农业和农村经济的跨越式发展,这是农业发展的必然选择。因此,必须明确农业信息化的发展方向,确定战略目标,制定战略任务,采取战略措施,在率先基本实现现代化的过程中,实现传统农业向现代化农业的跨越。
Coastal area agriculture strategy of information leapfrog is to speed up agricultural IT application, give full scope to synergistic effect and multiplier effect of agriculture IT application and agricultural modernization during the superposition period, bring along agricultural modernization, give full play to the afterwards - superiority and realize the leapfrog development of agriculture and rural economy. It is the inexorable choice of agricultural development. As a result, we must make the direction of agricultural IT application clear, determine the strategic target, work out the strategic mission and adopt strategic measure to realize the leapfrog from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture during the process of taking the road in basically realizing modernization.
