摘要
构建农业信息化评价指标体系是实现我国农业信息化发展长远目标的要求。本文从农业信息化内涵入手,综合考虑农业信息化发展战略目标和信息化要为农村经济服务的指导思想,结合我国当前农业信息化发展现状,本着科学性、全面性、典型性、互补性、可比性、动态性,以及可操作性等原则,从农业信息化基础设施、技术装备、应用水平、主体水平、农业信息化对农业发展的贡献,以及农业信息化政策环境等6个方面筛选了24个指标,初步建立了能够客观衡量农业信息化发展水平的定量评价指标体系。
Construction of evaluation indicator system for agricultural informationization is a crucial step to achieve the long-term objective of Chinese agricultural informationization development. Based on the connotation of agricultural informationization, the strategic objectives of agricultural informationization and the guidelines of its task to serve rural economy development were considered. Furthermore, regarding national current development situation of agricultural informationization, a quantitative evaluation indicator system was tried to set up to measure the developing level of agricultural informationization objectively. The principals followed by the indicator system are： scientific, overall, typical, complementally, comparable, dynamic and operational. And the indicator system is composed of 24 targets covering 6 aspects, including the infrastructure, technology and equipment, application level and the main body level of agricultural informationization, together with its contributions to agricultural development and its policy environment.
