摘要
自 1997年国务院学位办批准部分高校开展工程硕士培养工作以来 ,工程硕士研究生教育已成为政府部门、社会各界 (工矿企业和应用型单位 )关注的热点。作者从工程硕士招生管理的角度分析了目前企业的人才结构现状 ,阐述了几年来在工程硕士招生过程中如何采用学校与企业、院、所优势互补的录取和培养方式 ,以及如何把握数量与质量关系的一些经验 ,并进一步提出了工程硕士招生和录取的新思路。
Since 1997 some universities are authorized by The Office of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, PRC to train engineering master students, Master of Engineering, the education of the kind becomes the hot point concerned attentively by the branches of the government and all circles in the society. In this paper current situation of human knowledge structure in enterprises is analyzed from the view of the recruitment management, some experiences concerned how to use the enrollment and training methods that combine superiorities of university, enterprises and institutes are detailed, and then, a new opinion about the recruitment and enrollment of engineering master students is proposed.
