摘要
新疆高校研究生教育研究相对滞后。虽然新疆高校研究生教育管理人员学历高、年富力强、专业知识广博,但是因为人数有限,承担的管理任务较重,加之专业方面的牵涉,使其对所从事的工作进行深入研究和探讨不够,致使该领域研究成果偏少。
Taking postgraduate administrators take as an example, this paper analyzed the reasons of relative postponement on the research of postgraduates in Xinjiang. The conclusion drawn is that although postgraduate administrators in universities in Xinjiang generally have higher educational level, veteran abilities and enough knowledge in their department, their numbers are limited. At the same time, they have to shoulder heavy administration tasks so they do not have enough time to research their own field deeply. As a result, the research results in this filed haven＇t borne much fruit.
