摘要
1 引言超高压反应管是高压聚乙烯生产装置中的关键设备,它的静强度是其强度设计的一个主要方面,许多超高压容器设计规定均取Faupel公式作为静强度设计公式,并要求由该式计算出的爆破压力对设计压力的安全系数不小于2.5或3。由Faupel公式可知,对光滑圆筒,只要知道材料的σ_s、σ_b和简体的径比就可计算出爆破压力和相应的安全系数,因此从工程角度看,除非简体材料发生不均匀的变化或材料不明,否则不必进行简体的爆破压力验证试验。
In this study, the bursting pressure and re-yielding pressure of tubular reactors with surface notches or cracks were analysed based on the results of bursting tests and re-autofrettaging tests of notched tubular reactors.The analysis indicated that bursting pressure of thick-walled tube with surface notches or cracks could not be well predicted by fracture stress equation deduced from D—M model,especially for those with outer surface notches or cracks where the calculated bursting pressure might be over-predicted. The re-yielding pressure of autofrettaged tube did not reduce with the decrease of residual stresses, that was approximately the same as the original autofrettage pressure. This result was not consistent with current theoretical analyses.
