摘要
以往对自增强厚壁管内壁残余应力测量所采用的方法对测量仪器、设备的精度和测量人员的要求较高 ,为此 ,建立了一套超高压反应管内壁残余应力无损检测方法。根据内壁初始屈服压力容易确定 ,且在内壁屈服时周向应变迅速增加 ,轴向应变陡降的特点 ,在现有设备的情况下就能较精确地测量管内壁残余应力。测量中 ,特殊的密封结构设计成功地解决了超高压下的多引线密封难题 ;管内贴片工具的发明 ,实现了小管径内壁粘贴应变片。
The value of the residual stress in autofreggaged tubular reactors is one of its safety factors. The maximum residual stress is located in its inner surface. It is of great importance to study the nondestructive measurement of residual stresses in the inner surface of the tube. Therefore a method for measuring the residual stress based on Tresca yield criterion is put forward. The special designed ultrahigh pressure seals and tool for sticking strain-gauge onto the inner surface of a small diameter tube solves the two difficult problems in this method. The method has been successfully applied to the measurement of residual stress of a tubular reactor for ultrahigh pressure polyethylene.
