摘要
民营经济作为国民经济的重要组成部分,由于制度变迁释放出了巨大能量,获得了蓬勃的发展。但是诸多民营企业的相继衰落,使得危机管理成为民营企业管理的重要所在。分析了危机的诱因及其类别,探讨了民营企业危机管理的危机预防、危机处理、危机总结三个组成部分。
As the main composition of national economy, because of its great potential in institution transformation, private economy has flourished. However, just because of many enterprises' insolvency, crisis-proof management becomes the critical mission. Crisis-causes and types of crisis are analyzed, and three compositions of private enterprises crisis management are studied, which are crisis prevention, crisis treatment and crisis summary.
