摘要
在新课程改革的背景下 ,教师培训模式应多元化。通过建设教师发展学校 ,把教师任职的学校作为新课程教育继续教育的主阵地 ,校长是第一责任人。在培训过程中重视教师已有经验的作用 ,并且扎根于教师的日常工作实践 ,重视教师专业团体的建设 ,加强与校外专家的合作 。
The model of teacher's training should be multi-oriented as it is set in the new course reformation . The school should develop itself further by virtue of training the teachers. The headmaster should stand closely most to where the teacher's working unit is considered as the market for the employment of new courses. The training should witness the stress on the teacher's experience, as well as emphasis on their daily teaching practice. The teaching and research system should be found through the nourishment of the teaching staff and the cooperation with the experts outside the school.
